
It is an interactive terminal, developed with the aim of carrying out a diagnosis of the skin and obtaining a sample. It allows to advise and accompany the customer in his choice of product.
This project was realized and led by a team composed of three other members.

ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT
COSMETIC CUSTOMER
After interviewing a few women between 20-30 years old we discovered that a lot of them were struggling finding a product adapted to the problem of their skin. To help them get the perfect product, cosmetic shops put samples. According to a survey some members of my group conducted on a sample of 50 people, 83.9% of people prefer to test the product before buying it.
COSMETIC MARKET
The crisis has had an impact on the way cosmetic products are consumed. According to a study, sales of beauty products would have decreased by 25% over the first six months of the year 2020. Several hypotheses can explain the drop in the number of sales of these products in the context of the health crisis ; the mandatory wearing of masks, the widespread use of teleworking. The buying habits of cosmetic has been transformed.
NEEDS AND PERSONA

The final consumer of the terminal concerns all people with an interest in cosmetics. For example, Laura, a 26 years old accountant. Her main motivation is to be able to continue to test products before buying and to benefit from personalized advice. Her main needs is to get the product that corresponds more to her criteria. Her frustration is not being able to touch, feel and test the products as she usually does in the store.
